If I had a regular black box they probably wouldnt have even paid attention but I had a descrambler switch that looked similar to the old RF connectors from the 80's that you needed to hook up an Atari to your tv and I guess one of the cops saw it as they were searching around and knew what it was so he decided to add it to the list

You could order those descrambler switches out of magazines but they were only legal for cable repairmen to use, or at least thats the story I was told

You would have to buy a new one every few months though cause they would go dead, supposedly because the cable company routinely switched frequencies to stop these from being used for illicit purposes

I was on hard drugs and I wanted to watch porn and whack off but my girl cousin had fell asleep on the couch in my living room so I was disconnecting the descrambler so I could connect it to the tv in my room but I was sweating buckets because of the drugs and using a metal butter knife to unscrew it

We didn't need a box for "basic" cable here but I think you needed one for "premium" like HBO/Cinemax/Showtime. And you had to have one for PPV and put a deposit on a box.

Ah....back in the day when HBO was amazing and probably the top premium channel you could have......outside of the Spice Network, the Playboy Channel and the Adam and Eve channel.

Those are my cousins dogs, the white one is the sweetest most loving thing you ever met in your life, I love her so much!
