Ghostbusters : Frozen Empire was pretty good, better than I expected, until the end
They spent a long time building up to the finish and it was a fun interesting enough ride with some good characters and funny interactions but when we finally got to the big blowoff it fell flat
Spent 90 minutes telling us how big and bad the big baddie was but when he finally arrived it was all "Oh, I'm the Big Baddie and Ive finally escaped from my bocce ball prison to wreak havoc on the world! Oh, I'm dead. The end"
Woulda been better if the teenage lesbian ghost turned out to be the villain
Didn't have the charm and childlike sense of adventure that the last one had but it was a decent next chapter, the story felt more like a single episode of a tv show rather than a movie, in this new Ghostbusters franchise
