Ronda Rousey calls MMA media a**holes

When I think about Ronda sometimes I start crying.

I think about the impact she on this sport, how she was such an inspiration for women the world over. Girls growing up on the other side of the world suddenly had a rolemodel, and a badass rolemodel at that. She isn't just a fighter, either, she's a god damn Olympian, a hero, a medalist, and something really, really special.

We were so lucky to get Ronda at the top of her game, elevating women's MMA to entirely new heights, making it popular to watch women's fighting, I'm not even sure anyone has managed to do that quite as well since. There was an aura of invincibility to Ronda Rousey, she could take someone down and collect their arm in less than a minute, and she wasn't just an armbar specialist either, she had world class Judo, she started collecting knock outs towards the end of her UFC tenure, she really was one of the most special talents to ever grace the sport.

I sometimes say to myself "without Ronda, we just would've never", and honestly, tears come to my eyes sometimes. I'm just glad we knew at the time what we had on our hands, and aren't just operating with hindsight.

I think... no wait, that's not me, that's Joe Rogan.

I don't give a shit about Ronda, personally.

Not my cup of tea and I don't really find myself seeking allies these days. Yelling shit at a political themed event sounds like a whole bunch of stress and anger I am happy to have nothing to do with.

Sluts are an underappreciated segment of society though, I suppose we can share a bit of common ground there. They bring happiness and joy to the world, but the point stands that they are not the type of life partner I was seeking personally.

I think of the relationship bond like duct tape. The first time, it will stick great and form a bond that could very well be permanent. But... If you take it apart and restick it, it might stick the next time, but unlikely to yield the same long term bond, and run that experiment a few times and the tape just ain't gonna stick. I think that the repercussions of this on a large scale is likely to be a significant increase in divorce, affairs, etc.

Not sure if you'be ever seen a pride but nothing angry about that, it's people dancing and signing, ladies with their tits out and lots of shitty dance music.
I've been at planty of those angry protests though, been arrested and beaten up by cops a couple times too. Sounds angry alright it's done out of love.

I can't be looking down on sluts after I've had my fun, people seek different things and if that's what they want all the more power to them. But I see relationship as a very intentional thing made of work and a dynamic that builds over time, I think a lot of young people completely refuse to put in the work to make it last. All I hear is "love me for who I am" that is complete bullshit, there is no inner essence to love, all we are to others is how we behave, what we say and how we look.
So I think if someone starts working about themselves for real they can have a great relationship, slut or no slut.

Very high chance she's a psychopath. My ex-wife ended up being a psychopath and she has the exact same psychopath traits that Ronda has (lack of empathy, impulsive, extremely defensive to criticism, inability to admit fault/guilt, artificial charm).
