Rudy was great. He “led” NYC after 9/11, establishing himself as America’s Mayor.
If he hadn’t been there to lead NYC during this difficult time, I don’t think NYC would even exist any more. There is nobody on earth that could have led that city the way Rudy did. He did things other mayors could only dream of doing.

I've had this discussion with my father. We are Canadian, but as a youth, I would see this guy doing cameos on Seinfeld, and then 9/11 happened and he was propped up as almost a hero of sorts (again, as a 13 year old Canadian, I'd be unaware of maybe the not so great things he had done up to that point). The downfall of Giuliani from a public perception standpoint has been so strange to watch. Instead of that 9/11 rah rah America's mayor, he is some crazy loon with melting hair who can't pay the fees for the very occupation that he has.

Why does everything Trump touch turn to shit?
I thought Trump had a $100,000 plate dinner to raise money for Drunkle Rudy. Rudy owes his attorneys 1.36 million, so 14 plates would have covered that and left Rudy with a little Vodka and Viagra money.
The funny part is Trump is sitting on a pile of cash he duped out of the Rubes, and he is not giving a single cent to help out Rudy.
As horny as Rudy is, maybe he can start doing grandpa porn.
