Should UFC create another sister promotion?

Aldo and the others deserved what everyone else was getting,not hid on the indies.

The thing is the amount of events. They have a deal with ESPN to put on all these cards every year. Somewhere around 50. And that's the flat payment of their contract. So we get all these awful Apex cards

I think UFC could always do a better job promoting but so many fighters just aren't great or interesting. There's such a tiny percentage of contracted fighters that fight for gold, captivate the casuals, put on memorable fights, or... sell

The other thing I can think of is ESPN might be influenced next time to where live events are more prioritized for ratings and that could mean "better cards"

But you have hundreds and hundreds of contracted fighter. There's pullouts, injuries, you always got to have bodies available. I just wish there wasore fighters to look forward to in that giant pool of athletes
