Seems I might be ok two days after the chills and joint aches for a bit more than half a day. Walked several thousand steps two days in a row right after.
I think I need a list of foods and drinks to keep in stock for times like this. I don't think I have anything to take for getting heartrate to slow down. Only things I could think of are dark choco for relaxing blood vessels, tater tots and banana for potassium, iron just in case.
