Larsen press close grip up to 275 likely had 280-285
Is it just for strength training? Directed towards numbers.
There's a good mix of power lifters, athletic funtionals and general lifters for well being in here.
I get caught up believing the random olympic lift that pops in feed doing 400lbs overhead by 150lb human is normal. Then read what others are doing and its a good reminder we're still in the correct range lolThey are 99% about strength training over there yes.

Sorry man, hope the surgery goes wellWell im going to have to get surgery on the pinkie on Monday. Stinks but o well that's the price we pay for not sitting around and doing nothing. Will probably do some type of short term linear progression when I can lift again so it should come back fast as I have plenty of time to get my strength back up as I'm planning on traveling to another tournament next spring.
