I am about what I always been except I came to realization my home scale is off by 10 lb...so I have been 10 lb heavier the whole time...:/

315-5 reps...felt like a ton, right pec was still bothering me...called it a day

-lifted for about 30-40 min and spent the rest of the time spotting my buddy and just standing around

-i lifted after work and had 0 energy...the 60+ hour week took its toll.

-2 scoops of jack3d+1/2 tspn of chocamine (~1.3g)...felt very mellow and yet energized with this stuff
-bw: 222/232 lb (surprised I was this heavy given my eating)

Deadlift: plates rested on 1/2" yoga mats

Supported Hanging Leg Raises:

-friend was bugging me to lift after finishing his 5x5 shit in 45 min...so I skipped planed incline bench and high rep set of DLs.

405-1+0 rep....w/ lift off...light/moderate bounce...sort of went bit too far to the right but I regained control of it and locked it out without too many issues
-right pec felt considerably better today

-had elevated blood pressure and HR for 3 days after I took jack3d 2 days in a row so I skipped it today.

75 min and 4 games of 3o3 basketball:
I first shot around on 2nd court and then played 2 games on D-league court and owned. I then played 2 more on main court and we won 1st game matched up against a 6'3-6'4 kid who was very athletic. I then lost 2nd game when the other team shot lights out from the outside. I had a pretty good inside game today, only getting blocked once in the second game by the tall guy. He told me afterwards that he had a hard time guessing where I was going. I also made some outside shots from within 15' which was nice. I had open shots on the inside all game long. I was extremely tired afterwards.

Decline Sit Ups:.(my modified deep romanian chair set up)

+80lb DB on chest: 4x10 reps
+80lb....: 1x20 reps.....out of breath by the end

405-1+1 reps...got stuck on 2nd rep few inches of chest...bad set up, and bad technique, my wrists got turned at a weird angle on 1st rep which made things infinitely harder

+lift off:

425-0+1 rep...failed few inches off the chest



1 board press:

455-0+1 reps...got an inch of the chest then had nothing ...
