Congrats on your 50lb weight drop. It's impressive to see people do a 180 and change up their lifestyle like that.
 
Just to add to what's already been said:

Vitamin D (depending on the climate you live in)
Multivitamin
Fish Oil
Creatine
Protein powder (depending on your protein needs)

Those are arguably the most well documented, tried and tested. Pretty much all you need, although not necessary, outside of a healthy diet and adequate rest of course. What matters the most is being consistent with your training.
