Because Diego Sanchez has no business in the octagon with any ranked fighter, much less Conor McGregor who is objectively still in the conversation amongst the elite or at least somewhere in the general vicinity. Conor should be embarrassed. You don’t punch down, and that is punching way down. Just an absurd idea.

Not only was this from after the Cerrone fight and BEFORE the Poirier rematch, but it's so embarrassing that Dana joked that they'd lose their promoter's license if they tried to make the fight (rightfully they actually should).
