It's been a relatively interesting illustration of the two-tiered justice system and how laws mostly don't apply to Trump and the elite class, but at the end of the day this is all theater and nothing will change. Whatever fines Trump will end up paying will probably pale compared to his elicit earnings.

Here Lina Kahn, the FTC chair, describes the battles they're having with big business and how outgunned they are. She puts an incredibly positive spin on it but they're definitely losing. She even admits fines are just the "cost of doing business".

I have never been invested in this situation, it just feels like more of the same. Everyone knows Trump is a corrupt, career criminal, and he's been successfully prosecuted plenty of times in the past. You know this. You know he was found guilty of stealing money from a charity for children with cancer.
