thats a nice spinjob from faux noise. the same company who lost 787.5 million dollars and fired their top entertainment host just to own the libs all because they repeated to you, but he didnt rule against anything. he would have thrown the bond out but they renegotiated the bond and letitia james is okay with it so engoron went with it.

lets see what other sources have to say. other than the ones who lie to your face for money while you believe every word they tell you and call them daddy.

Judge approves safeguards for Donald Trump's $175 million civil business fraud appeal bond

New York Judge Arthur Engoron approved a new agreement Monday between Donald Trump's lawyers and state Attorney General Letitia James to reinforce the $175 million bond he posted to appeal a $454 million judgment in a civil fraud trial for inflating the value of his real estate empire in statements to lenders.

James asked Friday for Engoron to void the bond by arguing Knight Specialty Insurance Co. isn’t authorized to write bonds in New York. The collateral for Knight bond is a cash account with Charles Schwab financial services and state lawyers raised concerns that Trump had access to the account.

But at a hearing Monday, Trump lawyer Christopher Kise assured Engoron that Trump couldn't move money out of the account without Knight's approval, and Schwab would not allow it.

"We have to put the money somewhere," Kise said.

Engoron, however, questioned the security of the collateral.

"You keep using the word agreement, what if they break the agreement?" Engoron asked. "It all seems like a house of cards."

Lawyers for Trump and James huddled to reach an agreement under which Schwab will maintain the account in cash and Knight will get exclusive control of the account. Engoron approved the deal.

Trump’s $175 Million Fraud Bond Survives After New York AG Strikes Deal

Trump and Attorney General Agree on Minor Changes to $175 Million Bond

Letitia James had asked a court to reject the bond that Donald J. Trump posted in his civil fraud case. A deal on Monday will keep the terms of the bond largely unchanged.

both sides ended up reaching a deal that they were happy with. in the end the honorable justice engoron signed off on it just to keep the wheels of justice moving.

so why wouldn't engoron sign off on it after they modified the bond and then AG told them they are fine with with? but leave it to faux noise to give it their spinjob. you chuds gobble that kind of stuff all up hey? fancy seeing you in this thread. was this the big win youve been longing for? them renegotiating the bond terms appeasing the AG, and the AG told the judge she's fine with it?

is there any other reason why the judge wouldn't have went along with it, that maybe faux noise, catturd, and super duper ultra maga johnny on twitter haven't told us?

you seem to be invested in this thing. why don't you tell us under just what grounds the fraudy orange election-losing rapist is going to be winning his slam dunk appeal on?

cant edit for a few more days because i posted a tweet and the deep state mods struck me down.

there's a trump trials thread for this. you can post your nonsense from the deranged maga folk on twitter there.

well perhaps LMP isnt as deep state as i first thought he would. it appears there is actually be a genuine moderating bone hidden somewhere deep within his body. real deep.

Why on Earth would they have wanted that hidden from the American people?

why on earth would they be hiding classified documents and government property right next to the shitter on a golf resort where foreign agents are known to venture?

and why on earth would they be lying to the courts by giving them sworn statements stating on the record that they don't have any more classified documents on a golf resort, when they did, in fact, have plenty more classified documents on a golf resort foreign agents are known to venture?

oh wait. that was a different person who did that. an adjudicated rapist and serial fraudster and defamer who got destroyed bigly in the election and is currently indicted on nearly 100 felony charges just to own the libs. my mistake!

so anyways did the deranged jack smith and a team of ninja's manage to sneak their way into the mar-a-lardo, eluding security and all surveillance cameras, and plant those documents in there, and then forge that affadavit as well? i can't wait for steve bannon and tucker carlson to sign in tonight so they can tell me what to think!

You mean like how this is meant to be an all inclusive and is treated as such?

but they are all individual cases at this point, all of which have independently started. Let's ask the other @mods

@irish_thug @HockeyBjj @Strychnine @Madmick

Since these are not all individual cases that have already started. Should each have their own mega thread? Having them all lumped in to this one thread, until the actual trial, makes it all these cases a jump mix of cross posting, which is exactly what this thread is.

Big updates like this one, should be apart of their own thread, regarding that singular case, no?

I think that as these cases progress, now with the Hush Money trial already started, they should each get their own thread. Some interesting unrelations just came out.

Jack Smith wanted this all redacted, seems obvious as to why now that it is unredacted. Apparently, the NARA are the ones who cut off "good faith negotiations with Trump's" team (in the first tweet).

The second and third tweets, shows they wanted to redact that NARA's council worked directly with DOJ and WH council for months, and then were in fact instructed by WH and DOJ.

Why on Earth would they have wanted that hidden from the American people?

Everyone involved knows all these cases are political shams. That is the whole point, to stop him from winning another election.
everyone knows he's actually guilty of that which he's accused of. read his upcoming book, if I did it.

You actually quoted yourself to bring it home, haha.

uh, so they could see the post in question and why that specific case deserves its own thread? Would be rude of me to say "updates like this" and then not provide the updates.

We really don't need a thread, or even post, for everything. Especially when the "big updates" you want to make on them are just more nothing burgers like usual

Which major cases don't have threads? There's the hush money case thread as it's in the trial stage. I know there's a Georgia election interference case thread, we had at least one thread where he was found responsible for raping the woman. The classified documents has a thread. Are we only missing the federal election interference thread? And some less important lawsuits?

I can't believe I'm fielding a question of "How do we handle the sheer number of court cases against a former president?"
