Giga has one of the biggest read flags for me when picking his fights.. he's not consistent. Not particularly great in really tough fights.

Rinya has an assload of talent. With some time and seasoning he could be really great.

He's 28 and it's Bantamweight, he's got 2-3 years max to get seasoned. He needs a step up in competition, doesn't have to be anyone close to ranked but a proven commodity like a Zahabi, Miles Johns or Lapilus type opponent.
