Been crazy with with the hurricane. It's unfortunate that fort worth was hit so hard. My family and I made it through with no real damages and for that I am grateful.

Notes day after hurricane wasn't feeling the workout. Something is better than nothing.

First 3 weeks of bbb beefcake is done. I don't think my body likes the volume and intensity. I'm up to 195 so I'm getting the food. I'm also doing cardio. This week was 13 miles between the bike and walking. I don't count my steps through the day towards this number either. So I'm eating enough id wager. But I've had some days where I was wore the f*** out. Not sure if it's a sleep issue or what. Have bi yearly check up on Monday so will talk it out with the doc.
 
Glad you made it out ok and without major damage. Ida rocked our shit last year. Had to workout 13 days in the dark and no AC to sleep lol .
