What Plyometrics did you see the most carryover from???

In my personal experience and opinion, what will carry over the most is wrestling type conditioning, typically some combination/circuit. Any blend of the following 3 components will be adequate:
- jumping (any variety really).
- sprinting
- upper body endurance incl. core. like clap push ups or crocodile walk.

Again, I think introducing some level of variety is key. Like having to sprint when you are about to pass out from doing clap pushups to failure.
