Id like to hear from posters what it is thats holding him back. Indont know or follow Costa but his roundhouse are suddenly on another level and Whitaker was very winnable. Is it mental or physical ability?

For sure, I was impressed with his ability to improve , and I think he is a potential challenger for the title. He doesnt have much time left.
