True, but that was mostly in small orgs--the kind of fights where he didn't have to train and barely broke a sweat--nor would any other decent fighter. Dan Severn also won a bunch of those fights in his 40s and 50s.

Fulton, Horn or Severn would be my guess but it depends on how you limit it

Take out county fairs and events with less than 150 people in attendance and some of their fights no longer count...especially Fulton

UFC wise, one of the more underrated active fighters is actually Derrick Lewis. Even when he was injured badly he gave us two fights that year. He usually does 3-4 fights a year.

Cowboy gets a lot of credit for being active in the UFC.
