If you have no flexibility a rear side kick is 10x easier to do than a front one

19 and a half years, I never did Tae Kwon Do, So i'm terrible at the specfic names of all the more TMA kicks.

I feel like Raymond Daniels has probably thrown a ton of the proper one.

Lead leg side kicks are far more poopular in karate since it only sacrifices a little power but is a lot faster

I do rear sidekicks all the time when I'm working out. I never realised until you pointed out how rare it is in mma though
