This is the flaw of P4P talk, because lighter fighters will almost always look better technically because they are faster, more agile, and have stamina for days. The body just can't move like that at HW. And the few outliers that can can't keep that pace for long.

The context of MMA changes this though because the training is different. I imagine the pace can be sustained better for heavier fighters because of more dedicated training.
