A slow plodding fighter with no head movement and bad cardio coming forward the whole time?It's like the perfect opponent for Silva. It always amazed me how anyone could say he'd be a threat to A.Silva or that Silva was afraid of him at a certain time.I actually consider him the easiest "top" opponent match up there could ever be for Silva at that time. I'm not talking about Pride Shogun ofc.

Silva considered that to be Machida's division and did not want that belt. He explained that beating the champion would devalue that belt.
So he told Rua he would welcome him at MW. Rua did not go (which is fine). But because Silva did not fight Rua at LHW (despite having a good reason for that), haters claim he ducked Rua.
