U is for Units. Most people use units as 1% of their entire bankroll. Not all though. Units is usually a bet for confidence or good value. You may put alot of units on a confident pick or a lot of units on a pick you´re not at all confident in but the value might be huge.I have no idea what the u stands for, but I just dropped $100 on Thompson at even odds. Till was -115... Am I missing something?
