Just made spaghetti squash "pasta" with spicy chicken sausage and a tomato based sauce . It was phenomenal!!! Did the squash in the microwave, just like the video.
I was in the process of making this when I realized I didn't have any peas, dammit. It was still good though. I definitely recommend cutting back the milk. I used 3/4 can and it was still pretty runny.
I saw this on iron chef. Except they literally put it through the pasta maker and served it as a pasta dish. It looked pretty good.
