Any German Shepherd owners?

German shepards are great , smart and athletic dogs. The whole hip dysplasia factor with them though is too bad . Nothing sadder than watching an 8 or 10 year old Shepard drag its almost useless haunches around.

Your best friend in life will likely be a dog, and he looks like he will give you a lifetime of friendship and memories. My dog is a rescue and he is the best. I wish I would have had him as a pup.
 
Good looking pup. I have a Shepard/Rotty mix that's almost 5 months.
 
You'd be hard pressed to find a cuter puppy than a German Shepard pup.

They just look like mischievous little things that will grab the table cloth and pull everything onto the floor.

Just standing there all cute while they ruined all the dinnerware in the house.

Their paws seems like they're never puppy sized. So they have these paws too big for their body making them clumsy and then those floppy ears. Looks like a cartoon character.

I know, I pray he does not have any issues. The risk you take with large breeds unfortunately.

We are glad we got him as a puppy but he is a lot of work LOL
 
I don't like German Shepherds or Huskies, everyone I've met has had a super needy personality.

Boxers and Retrievers ftw

To each their own. I think Boxers are dumb as a bag of hammers and have ADHD. Never in my life been around a smart or well behaved Boxer.
 
Proud's field of Cala Lily's (Lilly) on the bottom. 8 year old female.
Sir Lance A Lot blah blah blah (Lance) on top. 4 year old male.
They are half brother/sister.

Also, Lilly is one of the smartest dogs you can ever meet. Lance is one of the dumbest.

Agreed. I like Boxers, but on average they are as dumb as a post.:)
 
me and my girlfriend are either going to get a Samoyed or a german shepherd
