I think it's always gonna be like this when McGregor fights. People get so emotionally invested that objectivity goes out the window. I dont think it's a coincidence that people who are super confident in Nate also seems to hate McGregor lol!

Regarding betting the fight, I think it's smart to save a couple of units for LB. We will probably get a better line on Nate after r1.

Yeah you're right, people do get all emotional lol, I hate no one but looking at the fight I hope Conor gets a win so they're even but will definitely try to make money on one or the other, I'm definitely with you re the live bet aspect, can't wait

Im not talking about the mindset in a fight but stress is a bitch before any competition. It really drains a lot of energy, fucks your rest time, etc. Coming from a guy who always looks pumped but very very confident you have to ask how it is going to affect his performance.

Sweet AV too. Dom one of the best fighters ever plus THE best analyst. When he retires they need to have him calling the fights. Either add him to Rogan and Goldie if Rogan still wants to do it, or replace Rogan with him if he doesn't.

Marathon Bet have consistently had the best line on Nate. I think maybe they don't come up on Oddschecker on mobiles.
 
I think it's hilarious how much people shifted on Conor/Diaz from the first fight. Come forward - are there a lot of you who bet Conor the first fight who are betting Diaz in the second fight?

I confess. Im not as big on nate this time as i was conor last time but yeah ive switched.

See, I'd have a hard time switching if I believed Conor's line had value last time. I played Nate last time, but it was very small as I was worried about him just collecting a paycheck. If the RDA fight never happened, I would have probably really liked the line.

I was actually looking to play Conor this time as I expected him to be + odds for sure after reading comments on here including the heavies. When you have almost all pros pick Diaz, it's surprising Conor is not a moderate underdog. I still think he has a good chance to stop Diaz with punches in the first couple rounds. I'm also worried about a cut stoppage. Even if Diaz can take whatever McGregor gives, it's still a problem if his face is getting cracked enough. He just cuts so easy, and we've seen his bro get stopped to a cut.
 
37 out of 41 pros pick nate. One who picked conor is gunnar and two others were pickett and bisping uk guys. Think its safe to say a lot are picking the person they know/like and who is a fellow countryman.

Im saving most my £££ for lb im not overly confident either way. If nate is +500 again after a similar r1 to last time i will go yolo on nate if mcgregor looks like hes breathing heavy one iota.

I expected to be there with you, but not at these odds. I'd have considered Conor around +125 or higher. I think Tebowned is with you.
 
After Dong Hyun Kim pulled out, and getting offer Larkin my coaches said we should wait for a better fight (a higher ranked opponent) but I'm just looking to fight for the belt, Gastelum is ranked above me, so it doesn't matter.
