It's a pretty miserable condition. When it's at it's worst I feel like my head is going to explode whenever I lean over. Could not imagine trying to fight through that.

Sometimes the effects take forever to go away. It lingers. Really depends how bad it is

yeah it's a real pain in the ass. when i'm lifting weights it's okay but when i do cardio my sinuses flare up like crazy. i can't imagine how fucked up my sinuses would be during a 25 minute cage fight, there is no way i'd be able to breathe properly.

p.s. if you haven't already i would cut out all dairy products, not a cure but has helped a tonne.
 
I concur with u guys

I started getting minor sinus problems few years ago and it's terrible. I don't feel like moving let alone training for anything

Even with the sinus problem, she is very capable of submitting Valentina in the first 2 rounds. I think that it's smart to bet a bit on Nunes r1/r2 or Nunes SUB if you are going to go big on Valentina's ML.

Maybe. But then u stand the chance of losing both. I don't think it's impossible that Nunes could win a close decision. I'm not a huge fan of putting more money on the table to cover more possibilities

I think whats odd about the nunes deal is shes openly saying and admitting shes feeling like shit going into the fight? 99% of fighters always say this is the best ive ever felt. Best training camp etc etfieven when its not true...i mentioned it earlier in the thread but shes mentally weak and imo shes using this as a security blanket. I def would not put my hard earned money on a fighter like that

I don't usually like it, but this fight is different. I can't see Nunes fixing his cardio issues when she has sinus problems and after seeing her slowing down very hard in the late rounds. When things aren't going her way, she breaks. She is the female Anthony Johnson. I think that if she can't get Valentina out of there early, she is going to lose.

A lot of people think that she is going to come with a smart gameplan and pace herself because she trains at arguably the best MMA gym, but I cant trust that when we've never seen Nunes pacing herself.

Man, they slashed value in half for the Nunes sub and Fight Inside distance compared to last time. Really liked both bets the first time, now it's kinda in limbo, pretty bummed out about it.
 
RDA will spam leg kicks and try to close the distance and hurt Magny.
And magny will use his size and wrestling.....it will look like gastelum vs magny except Rda will use leg kicks more often...i see it going to the distance and i like magny as a dog.
 
Valentina is not only strong physically but also mentally. That girl as a very good chin and the heart of a lion.
Nunes however is only strong physically.
She is lieing to have an excuse if she loses....kinda like Jones who drank to much Alcohol before fights and partied alot.
Nunes will win the first 2 rounds and the get finished....this fight won't go to distance, that's for sure like an Amen in the church.

rda had the best opponent possible for his welterweight debut. saffiedine melts under pressure and has horrible cardio.

people are still thinking rda can walk people down and destroy them like he did against pettis, i'm not so sure.

i think rda's title run was drug fueled, the way he walked through shots with no reaction like the terminator was ridiculous (kind of like prime hendricks, yet it's funny how johnny gets staggered all the time now).

magny is no world beater, but he's a legit welterweight with a 10 inch reach advantage and i'll happily play him at +170.

DJ ITD at 2.00 looks pretty tempting. It's pretty safe to assume he's going to be looking for the finish, especially after Borg's comment about retiring him.
