Sad to say but Jones in a cage will beat Fedor. In the ring, Fedor might do better since the Pride ruleset doesn't allow jones to "run" away. It's one of the few things I like about Jones. He is willing to concede people are knockout artists and will not get into firefights with them.

This is a hard one, i have prime Fedor, Speed, agresivness, technique, durability. I think it will be too much, but i wouldn't be surprised if Jones pulled it off. Holding distance, poking him and outpointing him...

it's so silly to use one moment in one fight. fedor got tossed by randlman and almost knocked out by fujita. does that mean any decent striker with power would knock him out? or any decent wrestler with sub defense would dominate him?

anyone who thinks they know definitively who would win is absurd. they both have strengths they can impose on the other. jones wins at distance. fedor in striking range. i think jones wins the clinch and is more likely to dictate where fight takes place. on the ground is fascinating with jones top game and fedor's bottom / transition game.

again, he didn't go toe to toe with cro cop. he won the fight primarily because he spent half of it on top of cro-cop. he held his own and arguably won the striking overall but he won the fight by grappling. interestingly, he was far less successful in cro cops guard than he was in nog's.
