Float like a butterfly OR hit like a truck...a better way to throw hands!!

C'mon, dude... I'm conscious about the defects of my performance haha I throw a lot of looping haymakers, yes. That doesn't mean I don't know correct/optimal technique. Differently from you I will not give some bullshit explanation trying to justify it.

Now look at your "perfect cross"... Your weight is already at the front foot before you launch it, your hips squared. That's a picture perfect arm punch.

Then your left kick at the pads... It's the only kick your upper body is somewhat over your hips, but still, classic cheerleader/shrimp kick, no bodyweight behind the strike, head dead on the centerline, no hip extension. I mean, really?!

regardless of your flexibility, your technique isn't nearly as good as your ego from those still pictures.

you think you have a better way of kicking, a better way of punching, and a better way of lifting than everyone else in the world. You're just deluded.

I remember you...

Awww, sounds like your awful sore

Any advice on how i could improve my "techniques"

Do i need to pop up on my tippy toes when i round kick to be a legitimate nak muay?

Do i need to do a little twist on my rear foot everytime i throw my cross so i can achive a special rotation?

Look lil fella...i dont make crap up, i watch adesanya and gsp kick and lennox lewis and tyson punch and i analyze what they do DIFFERENTlY than what commercial martial arts teach in this country!

Thats why all you butt broke trolls attack anything but my logic and never actually scientifically debate

You just pop off and poof off

# desperate

lol, i'm flattered you remember me. is there somewhere i should remember you from?

And i actually somewhat agree with you on your kicking "analysis" but more of a mid-foot balance than your fucking heals planted toes up bullshit you try to claim.

I don't need to convince you, Nor do I really care. I just don't want any other newer people listening to anything you have to say, cause it's 90% bullshit.
But yes i probably could clean up your kicks.

If i throw a open hip round kick you say i cant throw a closed

If i throw a closed you say i cant throw a open

If you squirmed that well in your contests you'd probably win more often

you're not throwing "haymakers" you're throwing wiffle ball bats (thats a straight arm club situation) an absolute abomination...

You shouldn't lecture me about anything much less how to throw hands

Your a decent b grade kid just starting to develop his style

I will give you credit for using your real name and verifiable experience in addition to owning your losses...that gives you more credibility than 95% of shedog because everybody loses but not everybody can bounce back from it

But bro...those straight arm clubs your throwing with a complete absence of combos got to go

Heres a guy that throws that wrong "shrimp kick" all the time

Yeah i remember all the annoymous internet avatars that cant prove dick

But i enjoy talking to you because you can string a thought or two together

If you are simply into sport kickboxing you probably dont care but those of us that cross train in grappling are very aware that the pop up of the traditional Muaythai roundkick is takedown bait

The greatest MMA fighters kick with a flat base foot and the hardest hitting boxers hit with flat well planted foot work

The tip toe stuff is unique to sport boxing and will get you killed in MMA or street

80/90 % of your weight on your ball 20/10 % weight on your heel

Not "toes up heel down"

I teach new people to kick like adesanya and gsp and punch like tyson and lewis

Dont worry...nobodys gonna get hurt

Stan the man Longinidis was well knows as a power puncher and often threw hands and kicks from a flat base foot

Nassem hamed was famous for flying thru the air like a maniac with this punches but was often seen settling down with short powerful punches thrown from a flat base foot especially when backing up 20191231_121724.jpg 20191231_121738.jpg 20191231_121756.jpg 20191231_121802.jpg

So anyone who was a heavy hitter without having a flat foot was a heavy hitter despite doing so, while any heavy hitter who keeps their foot flat is a heavy hitter because of it?

I applaud your scientific spirit, sir. Come back when you have a method to actually test this hypothesis.

Hmmm

Lets see

There are several ways to throw a punch

You can rely on momentum or weight.... if you know how you can use both weight and momentum at the same time

The very best Heavy Hitters can put a phenomenal amount of momentum and weight into their punches

However more often than not they rely exclusively on speed to generate Force

Speed is sufficient to KO an opponent however you can also add weight to your punch as well

Posture is critical when delivering weight into a strike

However...

if you are solely reliant on speed your posture can be much more radical

Naseem Hamed is a great example of someone who can excel at Wild movements Reliant mostly on speed yet settles down into a deep flat-footed stance to deliver heavy power via weight transfer

Use the wall exercise to find your ideal push posture

*Hint*

You will have the heaviest push power in your arm when your rear foot is flat and bearing the vast MAJORITY of your weight

Biomechanically scientifically OBVIOUS that a flat rear foot delivers the most power

Iron mike knows that

Mirko cro cop was one of the best of the flat foot strikers who really showed a great deep set MMA striking style and dug in with the inside of his rear foot when throwing this devastating cross punch

"I try not to teach this fancy stuff where your bouncing up on your feet, thats more for a boxing situation where you dont have to worry about takedowns or kicks"

This dude tried the ol' "follow/unfollow" on me on IG lol.

This reminds me of how McGregor forgets the "bounce" style against Khabib..

While he was just bouncing and light-footed against Aldo

Do you want to retract your statement?

NOPE

i never said the tipping punch was incapable of koing an opponant

I said that theres a better way to punch

Wilder and all other fighters USUALLY throw the less effective "tipping" cross because they are subconsciously reaching out to find their opponent and lose perfect form

It's such a common mistake it has become the accepted "proper" technique even tho its inferior to the well planted base

The hardest punches in ring history dig their base foot into the mat as their punches fly

The very hardest punchers keep that base dug in as the strike lands (not only as it flys)

Not Wilder, not Joe Louis, not Ernie Shavers.
It's biomechanics, you need to lift your heel at least a bit to allow hip rotation.

Actually there is an exception: when you throw hooks close in parrallel stance. Then the heels stay on the ground but the foot isn't really flat, you still lift the outer side of the base foot.
