Yes dumb dumb, peds are against the rules in Olympic and professional sports and cheating. That is slimy behavior regardless of what the athletes stood to gain by cheating or where their drugs came from.

Based on your post history, you’ve had a weird obsession with dudes on steroids, their physiques, and their interactions with women for a long time. You should work out whatever is beneath the surface there.

AAS can have long term health consequences, largely dependant on what and how much you’re using, but it’s not automatic that they’ll lead to your body being unhealthy and not working well. To imply that is dumb.

Most regular ppl don't know this(I'm in that regular ppl group) and the internet is full of information detailing all the perils of anabolic steroid use .... not to much "safety" advice available .

So although i agree this thread is gay af and @roboturd is a troll ... i have to ask...wouldn't your time here be better spent trying to provide genuine insight,help, information to those of us looking to start powerlifting/oly lifting /bodybuilding?

Or do you think exposing @gimpy mcgimpstein as a 37yr old closeted poofter who obsesses over the shoulder development of strange men has made the sub forum better?

I don’t think I’ve ever passed on an opportunity to help someone if they ask. That’s the best part of forums and I wish there was still more of that here. There used to be form check and programming threads all the time. That just doesn’t happen anymore. The guys on this forum back in the day helped me start lifting from Day 1; I’ll always give back.

Post in the physique forum if you want to show your progress on the mcnugget plan. I'm not done yet. Still making gains. We'll see how far I can get natty on the proper diet. I have a lot more muscle building potential.
 
Guys like Jeff Nippard, Omar Isuf and Vitruvian Physique (the Youtuber) give a good Indication of what's possible naturally.
I've got a pretty big friend (although he's not tall) who's got a great physique as well. @Robocok

Just pointing out that the worlds strongest men regularly eat garbage food to get calories and nutrients into their system. Eddie Hall is on record that he typically eats an entire family sized cheesecake a day. Of course I would agree that it's better to eat clean when possible, but it's not going to ruin you to eat a chicken nugget from McDonalds.

Those guys are on so many steroids that everything they eat is diverted into building muscle. If normal people eat like that they're going to have more problems, especially over a long period. Play the long game.. these guys are not going to live as long after what they put their body through.

There's an immense amount of muscle under that fat layer so I don't know what your point is. Everyone knows that steroids can help you build more muscle and burn more fat. If you're trying to be a strongman you can't afford to be doing any cutting bullshit like a bodybuilder.

It's still insane that their body composition is the way it is but it's because of the juice, probably different kinds.

If a normal person ate like that they'd have a completely different body composition.
