Anyone fuckin suck at Warzone or is it just me?

Im over a 1.0 ratio on Warzone and absolutely love it.

Ive never enjoyed BR games before this one. The emphasis on gun play is great IMO.. I always hated the tiered guns and armor in Fortnite.. here its all about shot placement and reflexes.. love it.

And damn the Gulag is great.. I do pretty well rushing the left side and turning hard and fast on them.. it seems most of my victims are still right where they spawned when I get to them lol

Because I am of moderate skill: Skill based matchmaking is keeping me inconsistent AF...

Do well a game or two trying to level guns I don't use or do daily challenges, do well ..go to the big boy pool...die a lot and struggle for a three kill streak,....back to the kids table, but pissed so I break out my competitive class, do well, back with the skilled players, say fuckit might as well level guns and do challenges, back to less skilled lobby, repeat x infinity

Good to hear they added solo mode War Zone , I only played one game a few days ago but seems pretty good.

I actually really like this game. Sadly my kdr is .99 most of the cods I've been way better. It is what it is I still will enjoy this game

Am .94 currently. Zero fucks given. Grinding to max out weapons.

Good. This is the best in the series for years. To be honest the last one I really like was black ops 2
Question for everybody. Do you guys really love shipment and rust? My first cod was black ops 2 so I never played those. It seems like I really struggle on those 2 maps lol

Shipment is fine, the chaos makes it fun. Just played it in hardcore DM and Dom. Still a great shitshow.

Rust....needs work.

Hardcore on Shipment is just not worth it IMO

Well unless you have sniper/pistol challenges i guess.

A quiet, abandoned house is the way to go, IMO; boonies is right. Dudes fancying TV Station for an LZ, for example, is kamikaze biz.

I actually just placed 3rd in BR Solo mode by hiding in an attic corner, and gunning down anyone dumb enough to walk up the stairs. Finally ate it when someone tossed a gernade right in front of me, no running from that one.

*clink Brains over bullets (usually) works; frags…not so much. :p

What are your preferred lethal and tactical for WZ? I've found gas grenade to have gotten me out of a pickle or two and then the proximity mine for that peace of mind if finding myself indoors with too many ingresses to cover; I stubbornly stick to the two but would like to learn better the strengths/limitations of others.

I placed 2nd this morning (Solos) in my best performance to date. Final circle was in the woods with only trees. Adrenalin had me revving but final dude got me. His treeline was hazily thronging the edge of the gas cloud so it was hard to get a bead on him (and of course I changed out my thermal hybrid scope before the match for a change of pace, derp). I've never won and wanted it so bad. My match XP was conciliatory though at some 31K, iirc.

To add, I've zero regrets on having picked up the battle pass a while ago. Unlike Apex, you actually level frequently and get interesting or viable goods in kind. I wish Infinity Ward nothing but success in the BR space. I heard about Shroud catching flak for complaining over the speed at which the gas moves but my complaint rather is how strong it is, even when masked. Wouldn't mind seeing the potency nerfed a touch as it's virtually a death sentence if caught up in it.

I've learned not to rely on anything in this, because god only know what kind of gear you will get. I've had games where I was lucky to see a single blue before I got waxed, others it's one purple after another. You just can't rely on having your preferred setup at any point in time, so just roll with whatever you find and pray.

I signal for loadouts or poach drops ASAP for that reason. Such a misalignment of horns to deploy and run into a dude insta-armed to the teeth. You with your X16 in turn *pew, pew, pew

I love happening early upon Legendary crates though and won't sweat drops much after that if the case. Perks are nice per a loadout but firepower is king.

Finally took first in squad, got a couple of not-idiots that listened and we hunkered down on a rooftops where snipers couldnt get us and we could cover the doorway with ease.

Boring strategy, but it worked. Felt good to see my name on the final cutscene.
