Finished Ori and the Will of the Wisps. Ending wiped me out and hit me right in the feels. @IamStryker and @HereticBD bring tissues.

Started Division 2 and liking it so far. Started at the right time cause there was a major update with the release of Warlords of New York which also changed the base game and changed around gear scores and UI/quality of life changes. Going through it with a friend and with me being home more cause of this COVID-19 outbreak I will have more time to game.

Kinda wanna hop onto RDR2 and see all the new changes they have added to that too.

I'm hoping to finish Ori within the next few days. Wish me luck.

Been playing AC Odyssey and it was really fun for 10 hours. Now I've inexplicably lost the urge to pick it back up. Might start Nioh 2.

Finished my first playthrough of Uncharted 1 last night. I'm 13 years late on running this but it means something to me to have done it no later than current gen. Almost rage-walked a couple times owing to having selected a difficult mode and the dated mechanics amplifying as much, giving me a hard time in the process with things like cover not grabbing, inexplicable hitreg, infighting with camera, and that older, unnaturally-buffered interaction with environment – none of which I'm holding against the title, FWIW.

The charming, fun UC formula is present but, lads, it's a rough go sometimes, I have to be honest. My favourite weapon in this was the Micro-9mm which I hated in UCs 2 and 3; they should have kept it as it was here in the original and not nerfed it – what a mobile and meaty one-hander. Phrasing.

Final boss showdown was cool, IMO, and despite some infuriating set-piece ambushes (three-front attacks with collapsable cover, marksmen, heavy-gunner, nades, mercenaries + old-ass mechanics = serious agitation), I have zero regrets. Seeing the relationship between Elena and Nate blossom was perfect; still can't believe Sully interrupted the big kiss at the end, lol. You jackwagon. Great stuff and I can't wait to buy UC4 later this year.

Thanks to all who'd recommended I stick with the series.

UC1 was worse because you played in revese order. Some parts are so goddamn annoying lol.

You are gonna absolutely love UC4. I wouldnt be surprised if it was a top 10 game of all time of you considering ow much you liked 3.

Think over the last few months I've played nothing but 7 Days to Die and Football Manager so I decided I'd give FarCry New Dawn a go. First impressions are pretty good. I like the overgrown, colorful aesthetics and the gunplay is pretty slick as you'd expect in a FC game. I like the low tech, post-apocalyptic weaponry and vehicles. Have my doubts about the game delivering on characters/villains because the two big baddies just seem like regular thugs

Still intend on playing Doom Eternal when it releases. Also gotta get round to Life is Strange 2

I've turned to Fallout 76 two days ago for my quarantine time suck.

I had no intention on playing this but honestly, and I'm sure I'll get crucified for this, I really like it so far. Maybe it helps that I waited so long after release for them to fix the bugs and add content though. Plus it only costs $40 now.

Whoa name change!! Need a mask on those booties they are dirty.

Gonna be slaying demons and zombies with a purple and pink controller.

Finished The Last Of Us... It’s like a blend of Resident Evil/MGS & there are very few other games that I would classify as a $100 game.

I fired MGSV back up & debating wether to buy RE3 or FF7 in the coming weeks.

Bought Hollow Knight for sale . I don't know what to expect, but I'm guessing I'll be dying a lot.

Total war-warhammer 2 & Rome 2. Picked up both today. Having only played medieval 2, I'm extremely excited.

Catching up on some games I've had around for a while. Doom 2016, Halo 5.

It's really not as hard as some reviews would lead you to believe. It's got some tough bosses, but other than that, it's got a pretty standard difficulty curve for a Metroidvania game.

Fix My Controller

That's the game I'm playing today. Damn controller has the analog stick drift. It's been slowly deteriorating, but was manageable up until now. Navigating menus has become a precision skill of mine, having to always compensate for the drift, and I'm at my breaking point. Gotta fix this this shit, as I don't like the idea of paying $80 for a new controller. Seriously, the prices for new controllers these days are absolutely ridiculous. I got two methods to try out before I rip it's guts out and put it back together again. Got my Co2 canister ready to blast out whatever might be inside, and it that fails, I got the rubbing alcohol ready to work it's magic.

If those two fail, it's surgery time...

Finally broke down and bought Fire Emblem 3 Houses.

Not a huge fan of strategy games, but heard nothing but stellar reviews, and I need something actually new to me to play until the FF7 Remake

Even though I'm early in the game, I feel the game is starting to pickup. The only problem now is to find out where the hell I'm supposed to go.

Yeah, it can be a bit more confusing than your average Metroidvania game, especially in the early stages. One nitpick I had about that game, was having to always find the map guy whenever you hit a new zone. You can end up walking in circles without it. It gets better as you go though, especially once you unlock the fast travel and get your bearing on a few key zones.

It's certainly a slow starter though.

Slay The Spire

They added a new character today. Too bad I'm still trying to beat it with that shitty robot character. Got close earlier today, but I think I spread my deck a little thin near the final push. I've almost figured this guy out though. Another 2 or 3 runs and I think I'll nail it. He's the only guy I haven't beat it with yet.

On a side note, I downloaded "The Surge 2". Didn't have any time to try it out though. I'll tackle it tomorrow, after the government tells me that I'm officially fucked for the time being.

I started the Surge 2 a couple days ago. I'm only 3 hours in, but I'm liking it. It feels really smooth and has a greater weapon variety than the first one.
