I'm probably as biased for Rose as @mkess101 is for Tony but I'll be damned if I'm paying -225 for her.

There is no real reason Rose should be that big of a fav. And I don't think she should be favourite at all.

Andrade won via lucky slam last time and her chin is gone imo

Wasn't that lucky, Wik. The tempo she set up was starting to get to Rose. Jess mixed in bodypunches and legkicks that visibly slowed down Rose and made possible for her wide swings to sneak through. She was going to knock out Rose sooner or later, despite her atrocious technique. She is a little tank with endless gastank. You gotta match her in physicality and/or cardio to beat her (both Joanna and Weili are bigger than Rose). I think the same will happen again. Unless Rose can somehow finish Jessica early, but I can't bet on that.

Oh, shit. For some reason I thought it was 5 rounder. Forgot that both of them ain't champions. But even then... Jessica finished her inside 2 rounds the first time.

Important question is if Andrade choses to fight "smart", as a lot of reckless fighters do after getting their shit pushed in (example: Hernandez v grandpa Trinaldo after the Cerrone fight). If she doesn't go all out juggernaut style she won't gas Namajunas fast enough. And for her the win hinges pretty heavily on that. In my opinion of course.

I feel like ngannou vs rozenstruik might go to decision. And it could be a horrible fight. Both fighters can be tentative and looking for the counter which will result in a stinker of a fight. A la ngannou vs black beast and rozenstruik vs overeem.

Personally I am little surprised more guys in the thread don't see this possibility. When two very dangerous fighters *in Chael Sonnen's voice* - oh and by the way who are counter-punchers - face each other, more likely than not it's a boring decision. Prepare to not get entertained and for Fight goes over 1.5rds to hit.

I think this is style of event would be hard to pull off with a lot of planning, but it's even worse on the fly like this. I'd love to see the event happen, but man, I really see so many potential things that could happen. You now have the athletic commission threatening. When does pressure get put onto ESPN? Who knows how this will shake out with the politics involved.

Idk about Gaycheese KO'ing Tferg. Dude ate a clean shin to the face by Groovy Lando and was still trying to get up (total deer kegs tho LOL) and was recovered by the next round. Pettis went on to KO a dude way bigger than him in Wonderboy. Abel Tapatio had power before going vegan. I guess the worry is that Tferg is a slow starter. Loses a lot of first rounds I think. Big LOL at the leg kicks being a factor. Tony has been kicking steel bars for years. Shit ain't gonna bother him.

I agree Tony probably eats them but he gave Poirier a hell of a limp and forced him to switch from his southpaw stance.

I'm humping that Jarzinho bet . Ngannou is raw power but Jarz has more striking experience imo. Plus he called him out, dude has no fear so I'm rollin the dice with him.
