Can a woman DB bench 67 lbs each arms for reps without steroids?

There are some moose women who definitely can.

I would say yes. Still a good chance she is on roids. I went from benching 55's (I was in bad shape) to 120's without steroids from 19-23 years old. That makes me think a girl could go from 35's to 70's with serious training and no steroids.

But you're a man, aren't you? It makes a total difference

If she's a gym rat, sure. Especially with ideal genetics. There's quite a few women at the gym I go to that could dumbbell press 130 lbs.

Of course. There are women that can bench double that on each arm that don't take steroids. I truly think that people that don't lift or are not familiar with training for strength have any clue what strong is, even naturally.

Well the numbers indicate that. I would say there's a 95% chance she is on steroids, and a 5% chance she is not. So I think it's possible.

No I don't think there are woman that can bench 140's without steroids lol. Sorry buddy. I was 255 with 22 inch arms after 5 years of straight heavy weight training, and I got up to 130's 6 times without steroids, and then (I didn't need them and they set me back) 10-11 with some months of steroids. I was about 6-foot 262 with a 39 inch waist. EDIT: At a later time, I could do similar DB weights after getting down to 235-240.

I worked in gyms for years and years and never saw a women approach what you claimed.

yeah definetly, you can tell right away if she's doing the juice, and she is probably not, she has the thicc delicious frame of a weight lifter without being fat

Just because she benches more than you doesn't mean she needs roids.

Seems like you are really into chics who skip leg day.

You're just weak at benching, specifically benching with dumbbells.Your n=1 means nothing.

But she's an amauter bodybuilder

I don't believe you... Without massive steroids.

I don't know, back when I was doing 11-9-8 sets with 130's, or 7-6-5 with 140's, there wasn't a lot of guys (it was a musclehead gym) telling me how weak my DB bench was. I don't have a crazy bench and never did. I never benched over 400lbs, although I was right there.

LA Fitness maxes out at 100's, for example, and most muscle-head gyms go up to 150's. Where are you working out, exactly?

According https://strengthlevel.com/strength-standards/dumbbell-bench-press/lb a 170 pounds novice man that has trained regularly in the technique for at least six months can only DB bench 58 pounds each arm for one max rep. Considering she can bench for 8 reps it's like 85 pounds one rep max. So she's stronger than most men than doesn't lift? She can bench more than 160 pounds man that has trained regularly in the technique for at least two years (stronger than 50% of lifters)

I believe it's possible. She isn't some lean ripped 6% body fat woman. She's a thick one all around.

That's exactly why you think this. Most standard commercial gyms don't have many strong people or training to be strong specifically. I mean there are outliers out there obviously, but your average person at the gym are there to improve/maintain their aesthetics and/or health. Step into a gym that have mostly powerlifters and strongman competitors, especially high level ones and you'll see another world of training of what's capable, even without steroids. I'm also not saying there are many women (that's not on the juice) that can push 130-140 lb dumbbells, but there are some out there.
