Not sure what's more fishy, coroner hired by family vs. coroner working for county? The same coroner hired by the family worked on other high-profile "police brutality" cases, that seems to be their thing.

Imo the knee was the straw that broke the camel's back of drugs + existing conditions.

The initial report was a preliminary one, it wasn't a detailed autopsy. It said this: “The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death”. Notice how they included "potential intoxicants" without even doing a toxicology report? They also didn't list any cause of death.

Even if he died of cardiac arrest, a blood choke can do that when held for an extended duration, and there wont be typical signs of asphyxiation like hemorrhages in the eyes and skin. Which might be why the initial report, which is superficial, exluded it.

Yup, if Fox reports an event, I will take for granted the event happened, even if it's Fox

And yes, it is lazy to dismiss the fact because of the source.

also picture says 1000s words, a gif probably twice as many.

when dealing with clueless buffoons completely oblivious about what’s going on, a gif is more appropriate n it seems it worked.

More believable than the State autopsy considering how law enforcement has acted, and the State thinking about the massive lawsuit they gona have to pay out.

well obviously they use those terms interchangeably. Doubt most ppl know the difference.

with the knee on the side of his neck he would block his arteries. So it would be more of a blood choke n not air choke.

this also proves (if he was choked) that blood chokes are also dangerous n could lead to death if held for too long. (some ppl actually argue there’s no danger in blood chokes)

I have seen this argument as well, but it was always an understanding that it was because people knew to let go once the person went limp.....This cop kept the pressure on for an additional 3 minutes after unconsciousness.

Let's face it, you and the other protesters just want to kill this cop without trial. You're not curious, you don't care about finding out more information, you don't care about due process and you don't care about the trial. If you were in charge, he'd be burning alive in a public square as we speak.
 
Baden also thought that Epstein was murdered, in fairness.

He could certainly be right about both, but in that case a lot of people doubted him.

Got to say that it's pretty impressive how this guy has examined every high-profile case in basically American history, from JFK, to OJ, to Epstein and now George Floyd. He just seems to have a knack for attaching himself to the most infamous incidents in American history.

Usually this is correct tho it depends on the charge or claim. In general if you engaged in conduct that was both (1) improper and (2) a ‘substantial cause’ of the injury, you will be liable. This is true even if the guy has a preexisting condition or is what lawyers call an ‘eggshell skull’ plaintiff, meaning he dies with even a slight blow. Doesn’t matter if you just stuck the guy with the jab, you are liable for the death if you acted wrongfully and caused it.

Let's face it. You didn't watch the video or you are simply trolling.

You're making the assumption we want blood whereas mostly everyone is seeking justice. This fuckin' cop was walking around freely when he should have been rotting in jail awaiting his charges. You are projecting what you want doesn't make it so. Why would I want to kill this cop without a trial and spare him the humiliation of being sentenced to life in prison and then become someone's gay lover bitch in prison???

There are plenty of things to be outraged about but you simply chose to ignore everything and simply point to a corner's exam and say "seee!!!!! he was kinda sick and that's why he's dead!"

so you by watching a video knew better than the coroner who actually examine the body n called bs on his findings

but now expect everybody to accept this 2nd autopsy as if it’s the only legit one?
