At the end it’s a guessing game n You then choose who you believe based on credentials

It was same with Epstein

Nah, for low iq folks like you it’s what makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside and what fits with your already conceived narrative

Yeah, those drugs and pre-existing conditions had him right on the edge of death. He was likely to drop dead at any moment, clearly.

All it took was 8 minutes of a grown man kneeling on his neck to finish him off.

Lol @ attacking people who agree with you. It's concerning how many people substitute emotional reasoning in stead of actual reasoning. It's arrested development, plain and simple.

It's common sense that someone in a fragilized health state could die from a technique that someone else wouldn't die from. The issue is that we can't tell from the video how much pressure the cop is putting. It's going to be a huge mess to clear up in court and probably won't end up in the witchhunt you're hoping for.

Dr. Allecia Wilson, one of the forensic pathologists who conducted the independent autopsy, said Floyd died as a result of mechanical asphyxiation and called the death a homicide. Those findings contradicted a preliminary report by the county medical examiner which found no evidence of asphyxia or strangulation.

Something smells fishy, and I’m not inclined to give these cops the benefit of the doubt. The county DA on Friday morning said he didn’t expect to file charges, based on the account I think that the county autopsy didn’t show asphyxiation

The County Medical Examiner was extremely smarmy in the way that he worded the assessment. He basically said there was no evidence of strangulation, such as tissue damage around the neck. But we're on a frigging MMA forum, and so we SHOULD know that you can choke someone unconscious by cutting off the carotid, and that if you continue to cut off the carotid after unconsciousness, the ultimate result is death.

Add to that the fact that there were other officers one his back, compressing his chest so that he couldn't bring oxygen into his lungs, and you have a pretty good explanation for why George Floyd is dead.

The County Coroner sidestepped the reality of what happened by setting up a straw-man about there being no bruising around neck or torn cartridge or a crushed larynx.

The tell tale sign that he was obfuscating is that he didn't even bother to state a cause of death at all. So maybe Floyd had a heart condition... but he didn't have a heart attack. So what killed him?

Now we have our answer.

says the guy who just put cnn n credible in same sentence...

projection much?

Damn, and I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt that you were only protesting the misspelling of independent in the title.

If you hire a plumber does that plumber work for you? Is that plumber your employee? Or is that plumber his own boss and is an independent contractor?

Now apply those same rules to an outside doctor or medical examiner, now contrast that person vs. a county medical examiner or coroner.

If you apply all these steps you'll see how one is independent and only contracted for a job, whereas the other is an employee of the county.

Not sure if trolling or just retarded.

You gotta laugh at the cops on this one though.

They always try and release autopsies like "Oh well he had heart disease and hypertension and a bad back and hemorrhoids and that's why he died when we crushed his body. We didn't kill him."

It's like shooting a guy and attributing his death to "Blood loss which shut down primary organs". Pretty sure the bullets might have had something to do with that blood loss.

While he might have heart disease and other contributing factors, the obvious stress of a dude kneeling on his neck like that didn't help his situation. This is only going to get worse.

Like I said, why do facts hurt you?

Low iq folks use gifs cause can’t use words
Facts confuse him because he doesn't think they exist.

It's like asking someone who doesn't believe in the concept of time to meet you at the restaurant at 6pm.

Kneeling on somebody’s neck for 8 minutes while he says he can’t breath until he loses consciousness is not a “straw that broke the camel’s back” lol. You don’t seem to understand what that phrase means. I’m not attacking you, I’m mocking your ridiculous attempt at using that particular idiom to describe what happened.

Wait what?

Holy shit. Yeah. In Minnesota the county coroner can be elected, or appointed by the county board. Does say they have to be a forensic pathologist certified by the American board of Pathology tho.

The Hennepin county coroner in this case has been in the role since 2004 and has maintained full accrediting for the past 38 years. So not a case of being unqualified.
Yeah I was mindfucked when I learned that in law school in Indiana. It may have changed since then but it was a total wow this is fucked moment.

both news articles, the official and the independent, were oddly worded.

the official one said something like "no traumatic asphyxia or strangulation," but doesnt say what he did die of. it also says he "may" have been on substances, but shouldn't they know that from the autopsy?

independent article says he needed "blood flow" to the brain, but then the attorney said he needed "air." to me, "air" means suffocation, rather than asphyxiation.

since we are all mma bros, i think we all know the difference between a blood choke and an air choke. why can't we get a solid answer from at least one of the autopsies? or, are we to believe a blood choke and an air choke have the same symptoms on a dead body and cant be distinguished?

Here's an easy experiment to do

Go outside and ask another adult male to put his knee on your neck for 8 minutes while you lay down with your hands tied. Then come back and report the results.

Bless people who become coroners, MEs, and funeral home staff. I'd be depressed for life by around body number 2.

Exactly, you seem to be confused about the meaning on "independent" I just explained it to you, but since you can't grasp that simple concept. I'm guessing you're retarded.

Correct: it’s so lazy to say but but CNN. These people are so low iq it’s crazy. A person may not like the way CNN tells the story but to call them fake and dismiss everything they report is low iq and immature.

Fox as we all know is a joke of a news source but i wouldn’t say all of Fox is fake. They report stories with their spin and bias
