Alleged crusade to stop voter fraud lands former HPD captain in handcuffs

A former Houston Police Department Captain Mark Anthony Aguirre, 63 was arrested and charged for running a man off the road and pointing a gun at his head in an attempt to prove claims of a massive voter fraud scheme in Harris County.

From the article it looks like Mr. Aquirre was conducting surveillance on an individual for four days who he believed was the mastermind behind a giant voter fraud scheme. He said the man was hiding 750,000 fraudulent ballots in a truck he was driving.. He ran his SUV into the back of individuals truck to get the person to stop. When the individual got out, Aguirre pointed a handgun at him, forced him to the ground and put his knee on the dude's back until police cam to force him to stop. The victim turned out to be an innocent air conditioner repairman who had no ballots in his truck and just a bunch of air conditioning supplies.

I had a feeling something like this or similar would happen since Trump keeps screaming to high heaven about voter fraud and having the election stolen from him

Sounds like he should be executed for terrorism.

There is solid proof of fraud and even the dominion CEO said a full audit needs to be done with how it was handled. Not to mention the % of adjudicated ballots in GA was like 70%. And guess what is happening? All the battleground States are now issuing subpoenas for all the dominion machines. If the same information is found that was found in the interm one done, there is a massive problem that somebody has to fix, and some people have to go to jail for.

I can post time stamped videos of him saying this, actual court approved reports, congressional hearings, etc... all of them are like "oh by here is some liberal journalist saying false without citing the reports, hearings, statistics, etc".

It is sad how many people go to bat for someone who's family has been under investigation for years, which has been covered up by the media.

Also keep in mind, I was the only person posting actual facts, Ron Johnson's senate reports back before the election (in regard to Hunter). Oh, and now it comes back to be true. Senate reports, these hearings, the audit report I just posted are objective for the most part. I am not posting CT theories or youtube personalities. These are official reports and hearings.

Why does that article (from Detroit, a corrupt liberal city) not cite the actual report? Post any article that actually cites the report. If they claim it to be false, why would they not cite it?

You are literally a second hand source of a second hand source, while I provide actual legislative hearings, and the actual report itself.

If Dominion has an error rate of over 60% built in why did we not see that level of error in GA where we use Dominion machines? I think it is fairly reasonable to assume that our Republican Governor (and former Secretary of State) and current Secretary of State, also a Republican, would be pointing out an issue if we had over 60% of ballots being rejected statewide. We would certainly being hearing it from our very conservative rural counties.

It doesn't seem as though he's saying a hand recount has to happen in order to validate the results. He seems to be saying that he can't answer what he's being asked because his part of the process is tabulating paper ballots and the claim against the results indicates an issue with the overall process. He also mentions the way to check the accuracy is a recount and audit which is available to them. He's not implying the results that his system returned are inaccurate. At least not in the part I watched.

the problem is that you cannot understand whats actually being said in those videos and taking cherrypicked parts (probably you watched them do it in some right wing video) and now you are trying to pass off someone elses homework as your own... basically plagiarizing a youtube video or broadcast and claiming its your own thought.. funny thing is if this was your own work you would know that..... lol

Does he say that at all? I heard him say that the method for them to get the answers they want is through an audit/recount. That's not the same as him thinking it actually has to be done. If he does say this it would lend some credence to the report that he is actually disputing.
