I agree, Tito isn't particularly intelligent. You may notice I haven't actually defended the guy's smarts. I'll repeat it again - I just find the "he talks like an idiot" thing to be a laughable critique with our current crop of politicians. Both our country, and theirs, have a recent history of electing morons who can't string a sentence together without coming off like either an airhead or a doddering old man. Tito's blockheadedness is par for the course.

Biden has years of being inarticulate, belligerent, plagiarizing, displaying reliance on a series of phrases to back off when he's overwhelmed, and just trailing into unintelligibility. You have to be blatantly disingenuous to pretend like we haven't been watching his ability to speak become an erratic decline, with good days and bad days, and there being many, many bad days.

Your attempt to write off years of terrible speaking engagements because you can find interviews where he "held his own" is a weak attempt at defending someone who was never particularly good, and has only gotten worse.

I'm not trying to defend Trump here. Guy talked like a moron, and I have trouble believing he was more than an average intellect attempting to elevate a monumental ego. I'm just not going to put on a show that Biden is what he's not to try and make it seem like he was anything other than a poor pick.
