I chalk them up to either evil, or just plain stupid. Then they will act shocked at backlashes.

What are you 12? When you grow up you will understand you can't say whatever you want and think there will be no repercussion from an Employer your making look bad.

This whole freedom of speech/China angle doesnt work. She can stand in the corner of the street and yell whatever she wants. Dealing with your employer is a different issue. I've seen people fired for less. Shit I've seen someone get fired for not smiling enough and saying my pleasure and thank you.

Someone smarter needs to fix this in the future for Mandolorian's/Star Wars fans which is the ones making them money. Not the cancel culture. People can't be scared of a few tweets, reposts, and hashtags. That's all it takes for them to make companies to do what they want? A few tweets, reposts, and hashtags? Companies are starting to show their weakness.

I just cancelled Disney+ after hearing that she got fired. I thought I was done with SW after the episode 8 shitfest, but the Mandalorian was good enough to bring me back. After this garbage I'm done. No more money for Disney from me. It's too bad because I still love the original trilogy
