This was at the Golden Games meet. I'm four days late on this, but I did a code search, and I don't think it's been posted. He apparently trained for 6 weeks.

Don't listen to the announcers. They obviously know track, not football. Metcalf's 40-yd dash time was highly impressive, specifically due to his size, but wouldn't even be one of the top 20 times for the past decade at the NFL Combine-- much less all time. Although the fastest electronically-timed time is a 4.24 by Chris Johnson, so it's not far off. Bo Jackson allegedly ran a 4.08 hand-timed back in the 80's.
Metcalf only weighed 228 at the Combine, but he's gotten heavier, and is believed to weigh around 235 lbs (106.5kg) or more in the race above as he did during the 20-21 NFL season.
