I am not going to vouch for every instance just like I couldn't vouch for every instance between anyone at a gym. There isn't an activity amongst people where you couldn't find bad actors that were acting inappropriately. It isn't something inherently unique to any group of people. If you have been to a gym, you don't have to try hard to find guys that hawk over girls who are working their glutes or picking an exercise right behind some lady on an elliptical so he can stare at her ass the whole time. Is that all guys? No. Could someone cherrypick that like you are to generalize something about guys? If they wanted. You are just trying to frame the argument to pull me down a rabbit hole when the only thing I am for is for allowing transgender people to be able to go to a gym to work out and change in the locker room while acting appropriately. There was pushback against biological males using female facilities. That's really pretty much the whole issue. I'm sure somewhere there's complaints about a female to male trans using men's facilities but I'm willing to wager it's far less.

It's never been about using a toilet. It's about women being comfortable with who's watching them undress.

You're right that the vast majority of trans please don't mean any harm. However, we can't ignore that this is a very easily exploitable standard, and has already been utilized in ways previously mentioned. That's a problem. If you're arguing that this is the standard you want in place, then you need to also provide how to prevent people from taking advantage of it, which puts you in a pretty difficult position since your standard has no objective criteria to meet, and relies entirely in how someone "feels" about themselves.

“Transgender” people are mentally ill, there is no way going around that topic and apart from the pleasure and recognition of a tiny fraction of a society (the trans and moreover the self-gratulotory SJW’s and other immature and clueless folks) any negative impact that pandering to mental illness causes is on the expense of all the others.
