Wtf is the ref doing looking away at the most crucial part of the fight? Fighter could've been unconcious getting pummeled.
 
You hate the pay, health benefits and your boss. But continue to work that job. Makes sense.
 
The UFC is a fuckin joke when it comes to paying its contractors well. Imagine a guy in the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, Golf, Tennis, cricket, etc having to have a second job just to scrap by. Plenty of UFC fighters who have had to do this because of the shit ass pay by the UFC. Guess you can't pay your contractors that much as that would cut into Dana's yacht renting or fake snow in the desert. Dana is one of the biggest pieces of shits in the world, and it is insane how many shills are in here defending the shit pay by the UFC.

If the UFC is the biggest sport in the world, according to Dana, then why do so many of your contractors have to work 2nd jobs since they getting such shit pay? Oh yeah thats right, greed. Ali Act needs to happen a decade ago.

Nobody is forcing them to fight for the pay they’re getting. This chick chose to fight for the UFC because she sees the potential and big picture. She got a small taste tonight.

So anyways. Basically this year she’s already made around $80K. That’s way above the poverty scale in America and it was the median family income in 2020.
 
She should have been a housewife instead of taking punches to the face for a living. She will blow this money quick. Women can't manage money.

You chose a tough path and, predictably, it's been tough. But it's still the path you chose.

But to be fair 10K + 10K for win for the co-main event is pretty pathetic. That is like 2 months pay for a decent paying job and you have all the extra costs with being a fighter like paying for camp. If she does the standard UFC fight twice a year that is only 40K a year. Not enough to live on let alone set yourself up for a life outside of fighting.

She only had 6 Pro fights and her only and other ufc fight she lost. She's a regional rookie, you're not gonna get the big bucks that early on. She should still be working on her skills.

I've no idea why their fight was Co main.

The entry level to enter UFC is waaaay lower to get into UFC than those major sports.

This girl had five fights on the regional scene and then lost her UFC debut then this is her second fight, why would she be getting paid big money?

A women in her 7th pro boxing fight wouldn't be getting paid half what this girl made.
 
I feel for her, honestly - I do... But this is not the UFCs fault.

No one forced a gun to her head and told her to not make any money in order to be in the UFC. That was her choice.

Obviously I like many others wish the ufc would be more willing to share profit with fighters.. or at least let them have their own fucking sponsors.
