It’s odd..... a 10 year Real mainstay, still only 28, won the lot. You’d think it’s a can’t miss. But these are the kinda signings we’ve fucked up over the years. Being a cog in an ATG team is easier than being a star man in a struggling, sleeping giant.

The real skill is signing the “next’ Varane/Ramos/Pique etc at 21, not the one on the way out. Far more excited about Sancho, tbh.
