The whole Aubrey being a criminal thing is just slight of hand.
That family did not have proper authority to decide if someone lives or dies, because they THINK he was stealing.
That is what this case boils down too, the rest of it is just noise. The family did not know his criminal history, nor why he was there. They decided to take the law in their own hands which is illegal. They will do jail time for their dumb decision.
The part I find just as bad is a designated prosecutor decided to look the other way, over the death of someone.

I dunno about that. Based on my reliable sources (sherdog), young males love checking out constructions sites. So much so that they illegally trespass to admired said construction sites, to check out the concrete, screws, dust, wooden planks, etc. A construction site is a really beautiful thing.

Well for evidence we are supposed to consider in a judicial setting, if he has a history of breaking into homes or construction sites, it could be relevant in establishing a pattern of behavior that we are supposed to consider.

min this case the judge did decide it irrelevant up to this point.. If his criminal record has him breaking into homes, another judge could have easily admitted it. I’d like to see it, personally, and as a juror I would want to as well.


What exactly do you think is keeping the people that break into homes on every block every week in high crime urban areas from coming out and doing the same thing, and shutting down businesses in the suburbs?
