Absolutely stipe has been more impressive recently and that’s even if you erase the fact that he’s been doing so while jon hasn’t been fighting all. That is to say, Stipe has been more impressive in his recent fights than Jon and Jon hasn’t even fought recently.

Stipe has been doing it against much stiffer competition as well!

Not to mention the power, size and strength variables which really can’t even be properly figured into the equation at this point.

jones is better everywhere way more out out better defense. Better wrestler way better submissions. Better chin better cardio. More proven in lomg fights more proven over a career fought way better fighters. More skilled fighters.

I don't know where people get this idea Jones is easy to knockout from. I mean yes of course HWs hit harder but Jones has a great chin and Stipe would have to land a clean shot to knock out Jones.

Jones via doctor stoppage when he torques Stipe's arm out of its socket

It’s understated how well Glover did with Jones with a torn shoulder in the first round, it pretty much took all the pop off his right hand, that’s the power hand right there, that pretty much made it highly unlikely to hurt or KO Jones.

Was Glovers shoulder ever the same after that fight? His boxing never really hit the same after that. A badly torn labrum is enough to end careers in some cases.
