I’m just confused how 70% of players are black, and yet less than 10% of coaches are black.NFL is racist for not hiring an under qualified guy as a head coach or something. The NFL does need more minority coaches but dude was a coordinator for the Dolphins.... Save that for a 30 for 30 and show more Aftermath / Shady Records....

Even Mitchell Trubisky made the probowl lol
Isn’t being a player a major resume booster for a coach? So what’s holding back the owners from hiring the more qualified candidates?
young made it with like 2k yards, a. 50% comp rating and a 12:13 int ratio lol. Trubisky was obviously a colossal can too though. Rip Bamboozle.
No.
Look how many coaches didn't even play in the league. Playing WR for 10 years doesn't make you more qualified then the guy that worked his way up from quality coach to position coach to coordinator over a 10 year span. Coaching is probably a better qualification for you know, coaching.

It's a bad look for the league with how few black head coaches there are - But hopefully it sorts it self out sooner then later, rather then the doom and gloom that is reported. I believe I read there were 19 black coordinators last year, out of 64 spots. That seems like more then I can ever remember. 3-4 of them being hired in one cycle is very possible (Ryans, Leftwich, Morris all got invited to 2nd interviews this year, leading candidates going into next year) and would make the league look a lot better.more black guys are now starting to pursue coaching at a younger age so we’ll see more explosive coaches in the future. They need to start focusing on offense more too though cuz everyone wants to hire young offensive minded coaches now.

Does anyone ever give a shit about what you have to say? I was chilling for the Super Bowl last year. Will you be Dancing on the Ceiling if hologram Tupac shows up for the halftime show?
I remember how amped up Graves the Elder's call out thread had you for the SB last year.
Yeah. People yelling at the wall when legit candidates get hired. Screaming A threw a fit when Sean McGay got hired lolit’ll happen eventually but people who expect it to happen overnight and then complain every off-season is a can
