Exactly, and people will act like the UFC is crazy for holding him back, like with Islam, and Khabib. You gotta fight consistently, 2 times a year minimum.

Hooker looked so slow and it seems like all the wars are catching up to him.
The 145 cut probably didn't help his chin either.

If that went on for a bit longer he probably would've been out, good call by the ref.

Idk where Hooker goes from here, but he might have to consider other options for his future. Allen was always gonna be a tough test though so there's that.

For Allen, he's gotta be put into a number one contender fight next(Ortega, Yair, Kattar, Emmett).

Dreadful decision to move down, Hangmans coaches are trying to get him killed with not stopping the Barboza fight and then this. I got a soft spot for Dan as he was at my second amature fight at Tiger MT, he really needs to consider retiring in imo.
