Igor is the GOAT. Nobody fought bigger men and dominated like he did. I'm not talking arm bars and kamuras like Gracie. I'm talking ass beatings.

You did not say if you watched it then or sometime after they fought. By the way your talking were you like o lets tune in to watch these 2 irrelevant fighters and see if it turns out to be entertaining? Dude you talk a lot of Sh*# about a lot of fighters, actually not just fighters but straight legends in the sport. Decision dan, Wanderlei, Rampage. Like that other guy said you like to put a spin on stuff after the fact. It is ok to give fighters props instead of looking for a way to downplay them any way you can.

Only because people hate Jon (Rightfully so) and most people are not capable of being objective about people they love/hate

If Jon had took the sport seriously there wouldn't even be a debate, As is he pissed away his prime and I still feel he is the goat. Also He did it vs grown men and not little people. Also he made a legend and reigning champion tap to strikes and I can't think of any other time that has happened to a reigning champion and legend in the UFC.

imo hes defeated the toughest competition in mma beating names like bisping, hendricks, nick diaz, condit, shields, koscheck 2x, hardy, thiago alves, penn 2x, fitch, serra, hughes 2x, sherk, trigg, jason miller and karo parisyan

at one point he had won over 30 consecutive rounds, proving to be one of the most dominant fighters in history

he has 9 title defences, 13 title wins

he was champ for over half a decade

he achieved everything i just said across 2 divisions, welterweight and middleweight

and that is why gsp is my goat.

Anderson was a fkng legend and still is and I highly respect what he has done in his respective weight division (MW & LHW) and in the sport of mma in general. I still like Georges more but it's just a man's opinion bruv. I wonder why Andy isn't at the top of this poll tbh

Yeah, I respect it.
Just wanted to clarify that during the long championship reigns of Silva/GSP, Silva was widely considered the #1 p4p fighter in the world. By different media outlets, by odds, and even by Joe Rogan and Dana White themselves.
Anybody can have his own opinion but lets not rewrite history.

Nice way to cherry picks months where Silva was number one. You try to make it look like GSP never got the number 1 spot in sherdog rankings but i already proved you wrong about that.
