I'm really far more likely to be accosted or attacked on account of being white given the sociopolitical rhetoric of recent years, and that's actually a visibly discernable trait. Actually, Norway has one of the highest gun ownership per capita stays in the world. But the vast majority of Norwegians use them for hunting and sports shooting, and do not own them out of ridiculous fantasies about standing up to a tyrannical government.
