Into Bolivia. Lol i shit my pantsYeah, well, you don’t need to be a neurologist to know getting punched (and kicked) into bolivia a few times a year is bad for you. Like really bad. Ruin your life bad, probably.
As a combat sports fan we all sometimes forget that every time someone gets knocked out (even TKO’d where they stumble around for a bit) they get brain damaged. Every (T)KO is different and every human is different. Brain damage is still brain damage.
Brain damage is bad for you, folks Bigfoot shouldn’t be fighting anymore. Zero contact sports for the guy, period.
Bigfoot just got KO’d 2 times in the last four weeks, and now he’s going up against a killer in Zabit Samedov under kickboxing rules…
When is he gonna stop fighting?
For his own good.. please
For a gladiator, it is a glorious way to go. It is an honour to offer blood to the JBG, is it not?this appears to be a legitimate suicide mission. not only has he never been this active before, he’s well aware he’s going to receive massive head trauma. this doesn’t appear like he’s a guy who just needs money. he WANTS to die in the ring.
He is either fighting for money to support his family or build enough money for them when he dies or he fighting because he wants to. Either way it is his choice. Also no one knows for sure if he will wind up with severe CTE or die from this.
His lights go out pretty quick just like Overeem. They tend to not take that much damage before they go to sleep. People always use Goodridge as the metric and say so and so will wind up like Goodridge was a brawler who took a lot of damage. Someone like Leben or Gaethje or even big nog have a better chance of having major damage than Bigfoot.
Brain damage is inevitable but we don’t know how bad his brain is being scrambled. My examples were just showing a few different ways or people and how it affected them differently. Bigfoot has his reason and he is fighting. He will most likely not end up like Douglas Dedge. He is a fighter and this is what they do. Let him love his life.Yeah, well, you don’t need to be a neurologist to know getting punched (and kicked) into bolivia a few times a year is bad for you. Like really bad. In the end he is just another worker, working support himself and his family.Im not talking about CTE tbf sir, and you're right it is his choice.
That doesn't make it less sad to see it happening to him however.
Your point is noted though sir.
In the end he is just another worker, working support himself and his family.
If going to work means getting your already abused, worn-out brain scrambled more every time… It’s time to switch to another profession. In the end he is just another worker, working support himself and his family.
Hinchcliffe I believe is the name of the last guy to die in the ring who was former UFC.at this point BIgfoot might be the first UFC title contender to die in a fight
