Roy Jones vs Jake Paul could be on the horizon in a couple more years when Jake gets more experience. He will prove himself to be better than the arguable p4p middleweight boxing GOAT.

you mean when Roy Jones jr. hits the official retirement age

Watching Nate get flatlined by a Paul brother will be as depressing as Pride dying.

Nate slaps way too many people. Charlie Murphy is rolling in his grave.

THAT'S AMAZING!

Because Nate Diaz was just allowed to leave the UFC!

INCREDIBLE TIMING!

If Paul gets the Nate Diaz fight and beats him, the likely next opponent would be Conor McGregor in a gigafight.

Conor has nothing left for MMA. He'll get wrecked by any top guy, and if he can't make 155 anymore, it's going to get worse for him.

Paul vs McGregor makes sense in late 2023.

Who takes it ?

I’d pick Jake Paul over Diaz in an MMA fight right now, let alone boxing.

Ali almost had a leg amputated from blood clots because a professional wrestler kicked him too many times. It was a draw. Ali was only 34.

Jake Paul is 22 years younger and had to throw 85 more total punches just to land 4 more than Silva the entire fight.

I think you all are being a little over the top.

Ah yes, the manufacturered catalyst to set up Jake vs Nate.

Which sets up Jake vs Conor, because they think UFC fans are stupid as shit.

They also think boxing fans care, because there's a rivalry that someone made up.

But, you know what, if people are stupid enough to follow this shit, it's on them.

i dont know why people hate on jake paul. yeah when he started, everyone thought hes gonna be an absolute joker of a fighter, like some kid from youtube trying to fight, but he's proven he's actually good. so much so that alot of pro boxers wont even fight him for the risk they actually lose to him and will forever be clowned. only reason he's fighting these mma fighters at the end of their careers because 1. they are still legit competition, 2. they help fill seats and 3. they actually accept the fight.
They hate on him because he has been fighting MMA fighters, not boxers, all of whom have essentially washed out of MMA because they can’t compete there anymore. As great as Anderson was in MMA, he still lost 7 of his last 9 and the UFC released him.

Even if you throw in his recent boxing wins, that’s still 7 losses in his last 11 fights before tonight. That isn’t good.

Jake is a good boxer and has poured tens of thousands of dollars into top trainers and put in the work for years now, but he isn’t fighting equal sized, similar age, skilled boxers. He is fighting old men who couldn’t compete in a different sport anymore.

No bitterness, just straight facts. Fight real boxers and make a real career out of it.

Alright, maybe time to sign out for a few days as this place is just going to get flooded with these meaningless threads like the Heavies.
