Have you ever considered going vegan

I think it's too much work. Vegans are a bit pompous. I have no real issues with vegetarians though.

It is not. Humans are omnivores. Good luck getting all the needed vitamins and amino-acids from plant based food. Pescatarian or vegetarian diet can be very healthy, vegan diet is bad for your health, it is simple as that.
Thats what supplements are for bud

No, I think it would be more beneficial to go full pescatarian. I like cooking and food too much. I do think people as a whole need to eat more vegetables though.

lls at your avatar op

but to answer your question. yea. did it for a couple weeks.
eff that shit.
I workout regularly, need animal protein. But it did have an effect as other whatever animal protein im eating most of what I eat is plants.

I'm not sure I could ever go full vegan, and while most mass produced animal products are produced in a way that's pretty unethical, I'm not sure that has to be the case. Is it really unethical to keep a few chickens for eggs?

So you choose a diet, agree that it's incomplete, and eat a shitload of artificial vitamins and supplements, half of which are made of meat or milk? LOL

B12 is B12. Synthetically produced B12 isn't artificial.

Edit - apparently I don't know what artificial means. Synthetically produced B12 is artificial, but then again so is all mass produced food so my point still stands.

Humans aren’t vegetarian/vegan. We wouldn’t exist in our current firm without meat.

I’d be willing to try it as a diet but I don’t think it’s healthy. It’s also expensive and although easier these days, it would still be hard to follow and not mess up.
